Our HR Management System provides companies with an single source online system to manage human resources, payroll, employee benefits information, reporting and much more. HR managers can login to the Employer account for set up, administration, and reporting while Employees can login to their own accounts to view their specific personal information.
The management and communication of individual benefits options is accessible by anyone with an Internet browser, allowing both office and home access, 24 hours a day. This results in better employee service while reducing demands on HR personnel.
Henehan COBRA is also accessible online. Employers can notify Henehan Administrators using the Internet login, when a COBRA notification requirement for an employee is triggered. Likewise, active COBRA participants can view the status of their COBRA coverage.
